Tour Booking Terms and Conditions

Booking tours with us or through this website indicates agreement and understanding of the following terms and conditions:

Tours

  • Tours include all breakfasts and dinners as indicated, park entry fees, tours, cruises and flights as per itinerary.
  • A $200.00 non-refundable deposit per person per tour is payable on confirmation of booking. You may pay for your tour cost in full at any time or make payment as per below.
  • A further $1,000.00 per person per tour is required within 60 days of booking confirmation or 35 days prior to tour departure (whichever is soonest) for tours priced over $1000 per person.
  • Balance of payment due in Perth no later than 30 days prior to departure of tour.

Cancellations

  • between booking and 30days prior to tour departure incur a 10% cancellation fee of total cost of tour.
  • Cancellations after this date incur a 50% cancellation fee of total cost of tour.
  • In case of failure to board tour or cancellation within 7 days of departure, no refund is applicable.

The following information will be necessary at the time of booking: Name(s), address(es), email address(es) (if available), contact telephone number (including all area codes).

  • Please indicate your preference for a room with double bed or two single beds.
  • Please advise us of any special dietary requirements.
  • We recommend that you organise your own personal travel insurance.
  • Tours are subject to change at the discretion of the operator and in the interest and safety of the passengers, and every endeavour will be made to make every tour as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

As it is impossible to gauge everybody’s level of enjoyment etc, neither the company, its employees nor any venues utilised will be liable for any claims of dissatisfaction or lack of enjoyment on the passenger’s behalf.

Please note that coach sizes may vary for our tours, subject to the number of passengers travelling. So, please book early to avoid disappointment.
